Final Sale: All sales are final. No compensation for late arrivals or no-shows. Access may be restricted, altered, or canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Reservation Details: Tickets are only valid for the specified tour, date, and time. Tickets are non-transferable and issued in the buyer’s name.

ID Requirements: All adults over 18 must present a valid photo ID when picking up tickets and may also be asked for the credit card used to purchase.

No Refunds: No refunds for ferry tickets, used or unused reservations.

Arrival: Arrive at least one hour before your scheduled departure for security screening and ferry boarding, which is first-come, first-served.

Ordering Information

Booking Service: We provide third-party booking for Fort Sumter tickets, with a $7.95 service fee per ticket. Your order authorizes us to purchase tickets in your name.

Ticket Pickup: If you don’t print your e-ticket, pick up tickets at the “Pre-Paid” Box Office window at your departure point with your ID and credit card.

Confirmation: Ticket confirmations are sent within 24 hours. Next-day tours are confirmed promptly.

Payment: Total purchase at checkout includes all fees. Your card will show two charges: one for the tour and one for the booking fee.

Availability: Orders do not guarantee availability. Fort Sumter tours often sell out. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a second email with a confirmation number.

Changes and Refunds: No changes or refunds on Fort Sumter tickets unless requested times are unavailable.

Lost or Damaged Tickets: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Maximum Order

Orders are limited to 14 tickets per customer.

The following terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases: Tickets are nominative and must be presented with a valid ID upon boarding. To ensure a smooth boarding experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled ferry departure. Fort Sumter Tours is the exclusive operator for Fort Sumter admission. When purchasing tickets on our site, you authorize MTVRS LLC to buy tickets on your behalf from the official site at regular prices. MTVRS LLC charges a commission for this service, which is included in the total ticket price. You may purchase tickets directly from Fort Sumter Tours without using our service. Tickets from the concessionaire are available on their official website. MTVRS LLC operates FortSumterTicketing.com as a ticket purchasing service and is not responsible for providing ferry transportation to Fort Sumter. All ferry safety rules and terms of service are managed by Fort Sumter Tours and apply to all passengers. A fee of $7.95 per ticket is retained for cancellations, covering operating expenses to maintain our service quality. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your visit. Refunds will not be issued if this deadline is not met. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your visit.
